Our Mission

Special Education Center (SEC) of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) was established in 1974, under the request of the Ministry of Education on “The program of Accelerating the Development of Special Education.” SEC’s main missions are Rendering University-Wide Special Education Services, Provide Nation-Wide Special Education Services, Conducting Special Education Research and Activities.
