Guidelines Governing the Funding of the Disabled Students’ Rights Association, Special Education Resource Office, Special Education Center, National Taiwan Normal University

Special Education Resource Office 2nd Working Group Meeting of 2025 Academic Year on July 8, 2025

  1. Targets of Subsidy:
  1. Members of the Association for the Disabled Students’ Rights Association.
  2. Participants of the activities organized by the Disabled Students’ Rights Association.
  1. Amount of Subsidy:

NT$10,000 for each academic year.

  1. Subsidized Items and Criteria for Subsidy:
  1. The subsidized items include hourly fees, meal charges and expenses for teaching materials and consumables.
  2. Regulations for the subsidies for individual items:
    1. The basis of subsidy for hourly fees and meal charges shall be in accordance with the “Ministry of Education's Standard Table of Funding for Subsidies (Donations) and Commissioned Projects”.
    2. The basis of subsidy for teaching materials and consumables shall consist of items with a unit price of NT$2,000 or less.
  1. Schedule for Applying for Subsidies:
  1. For the purpose of supporting the elections of club officers and the operation of the Special Education Resource Office, the subsidies shall be processed from August 1 of each year to July 31 of the following year.
  2. All activities must be completed by July 31st of each year and reports on the outcomes of the activities held during the academic year concerned (Appendix 1) must be attached.
  1. Regulations on the Write-off of Activity Funds:
  1. The following documents shall be attached for verification:
  1. Sign-in sheet for participants (including date, time and location)
  2. Event poster (electronic file)
  3. Event program (electronic file)
  4. Photos of the event (electronic file)
  5. Feedback form for participants
  6. Relevant invoices and receipts (Government Uniform Invoice number: 03735202)
  1. The documents that need to be verified must be submitted to the Special Education Resource Office within seven working days. Should there be any difficulties, prior notification may be made. Without prior notice, no subsidy shall be given for late submission or missing information.
  2. Funds necessary for the activity can be borrowed from the Special Education Resource Office seven working days in advance, or paid in advance and reimbursed after the activity.
  1. Other Regulations:
  1. All expenses shall be reimbursed on an actual basis up to a maximum of NT$10,000, which cannot be carried over to the next academic year.
  2. Failure to submit the activity outcome report by July 31 of the current academic year shall result in denial of subsidy for the following academic year.
  3. Should there be any doubt regarding the use of funds, prior to purchase, discussions should be held with the Special Education Resource Office. In the event that the purchase of items fails to meet the requirements of the subsidy, no subsidy shall be granted.
  4. Should there be any other outstanding issues, the final decision shall be based on the working group meeting of the Special Education Resource Office.
