Implementation Guidelines for Applying for Adjusting the Examination Forms of Resource Room of Special Education Center

- Application Basis: To provide testing-related assistance in accordance with the individualized support plan formulated for the students by the Resource Room as well as the test requirements approved at the meeting’s resolution.
- Application Processes: Students should apply for the Midterm/Final Exam Form Questionnaire in the Resource Room two weeks before the Midterm/Final Exam, submit the receipt to the Resource Room with the instructor’s approval, and take the exam in the Resource Room at the time written on the application.
- The Resource Room should provide students with mental or physical disabilities of each category with special examination room service according to the Regulations Governing the Examination Services for the Students with Disabilities based on the principle of the need for the special equipment of Resource Room to adjust the examination paper and the exam method, as well as the principle of taking the test at the same time as the original test time for the original class
- Adjust the examination time: including early admission or extended exam time.
- Provide special examination room: including the examination room for one or several examinees.

- Requirements for students:
- Students taking the test in the Resource Room should observe the following rules and the Testing Rules of National Taiwan Normal University.
- Personal belongings, such as schoolbags, should be placed in the bookcase of the examination room.
- Do not bring anything irrelevant to the test into the examination room. Do not use any software other than the answering program or bring computers or any storage tools into the examination room.
- Anyone who is late ten minutes after each examination will not be allowed to take the exam.
- To avoid influencing others’ examination-taking, students are not allowed to enter the examination room during non-examination hours.

- All students must comply with the Rules and the supervision of the principal exam supervisor.
- The start and end of the test shall be subject to the bell. Those who are late ten minutes after the start of each examination shall not take the examination.
- Students participating in the second and fourth sections of each subject are not allowed to enter the examination room before the specified time.
- Students must bring their student ID card to facilitate the authentication of their identity. In addition to being banned from the examination, the students without a student ID card or whose ID photo does not match that of the student ID card will be further penalized.
- During the examination, other than pens and drawing tools, any other books, paper and calculators are not allowed to be brought into the examination room without special permission.
- All subject papers should be written in pen or ballpoint pen. No pencil should be used except for drawing; otherwise the grade will be zero.
- After the students arrive at the test site and take their seats, they will sign on the Test Taken Signature Form in order; otherwise, they will be regarded as failing to attend the test.
- Student may inquire of the chief invigilator about unclear words or sentences of the examination questions within ten minutes after the start of the examination. However, they should not ask for explanations. The students should keep quiet during the examination. Do not engage in any cheats, including passing answers, talking, using crib sheets, looking around or taking the test paper out of the examination room. Those who violate such rules will be graded zero, given a major demerit or be expelled from school.
- After each test, students should hand in their test papers to the chief invigilator and leave immediately. They should not stay in or near the examination room.
- The Rules has been approved before the announcement and implementation.
