Expenses of the Application for Re-issuing Certificates by the Resource Room
The certificate issued by the Committee Responsible for Identification and Placement of Gifted and Disabled Students, the Ministry of Education is an official document. Some students may fail to properly keep the original of the certificate when applying for scholarships and grants; in such a case, they must inquire at the Resource Room about whether they needed to keep the copies or apply to the Ministry of Education to have multiple copied re-issued. Such moves have can lead to unnecessary administrative load and a waste of Resource Room resources.
To this end, the Resource Room held a Task Force Meeting on February 22, 2022 and reached a resolution that students, from now on, need to either pay NT$500 to apply for supporting documents from the Resource Room or reapply to the Ministry of Education. The expenses will be paid to the student workers at the Resource Room.
It is recommended that students scan their certificates into electronic files and upload them to Google Drive or put them into a USB flash drive for proper storage.
